I loved the hotel, it was special, fairly clean and met every demand. The room was spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was incredible, not too far away from Chinatown. The buffet breakfast was hot and ideal, lots of options.

Original, clean hotel with cheap rooms and pleasant staff. The venue had a very central location and it was walking distance to Liverpool Empire Theatre. The overall experience was nice, we loved our stay very much and would stay here again.

Had a good stay for the second time this stay, everything was outstanding. Staff were very professional, room was a nice size and a nice size on mirrors. Everywhere there was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was not too far from Renshaw St bus station.

The hotel of choice in Liverpool. My room included coffee and tea/coffee. Lounge area was perfect for breakfast. Location: the venue was next to train station and the city centre and all the bars. Also, easy to get to Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

The hotel was handy and we found the location very unique. The property's staff were apologetic all the time. Usual room with really comfy bed and spectacular views. The offered breakfast was fine and included plenty of options.
Shame the bathroom was very tatty. Facilities were wonderful, nonetheless wifi was very limited.
